You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, without giving any reason for doing so. After payments are made to our partners, we are bound by their refund policy.
The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date of purchase or on which a third party has received payment.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we received the full payment. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees* for such reimbursement.
*If payment has been made by credit card, we are not liable for any transaction fees associated with such payment.

In order for the program camps to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
Purchase made is within the 24-hour window.
Made in advance of trip commencement* or camp start date
The following cannot be returned:
Tailor-made programs are ordered to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Services that are, after purchase, according to the vendor's refund policy.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any camp product or service that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Exceptions are always made, but they need to be done in a timely manner. Camps fill up quickly, and late requests make it hard to fill the void, thereby incurring some charges for late cancellations.
Refunds
You are responsible for the cost and risk of requesting a refund once payment has been made and our vendors are in receipt of payments made. The third-party refund policy will be disclosed in advance and again upon purchase.
We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the returned product with payment proof of received return from our partner. Partial refunds are given and we will highlight the timeline for every purchase made according to our partner's refund policies.
